Rachel is the CEO of TEAM Services Group. She has deep expertise in operations, business development, and corporate strategy. Rachel originally joined TEAM as COO of Risk Management Strategies before becoming CEO of that business. Prior to joining TEAM, Rachel served as Deputy Chief of Staff to the CFO and Sr. Executive Vice President of a Fortune 50 healthcare company. Rachel holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Harvard University.

Cullen Knights

President

Cullen Knights is the President of TEAM Services Group. Cullen has an extensive background in strategy and financial consulting, with experience across industries, including multiple leading healthcare and service businesses. He brings a passion for results and client service to TEAM. Cullen holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA from Dartmouth College.

Josh Greenberg

Josh Greenberg is the Chairman and former CEO of TEAM Services Group. Josh has been a founder, executive, investor and board member in a variety of related businesses and brings extensive experience in risk management, outsourced business processes and caregiver services to TEAM. His most recent companies include a financial services firm serving patients and caregivers and an insurance services company, both of which expanded via a focus on providing fanatical client service. Josh received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Sarah Engels

CEO – PeopleCare Health Services

Sarah Engels is the CEO of PeopleCare Health Services (PCHS), which serves all 64 counties in the State of Colorado. She has served on numerous nonprofit boards and CDPHE and HCPF committees and has over 36 years of experience in healthcare.

Her experience in healthcare dates back to her childhood when she grew up and worked in the first continuum care facility in the State of Colorado until she attended college in Chicago, in which her father worked as the Administrator and her mother, an RN, was the manager of the Independent Living Communities.

In 2003, Sarah accepted the role of Vice President of Operations for Complete Medical Staffing. A few years later, she opened their affiliate company, California Medical Staffing and built CMS to be one of the largest staffing agencies in the US. In 2008, Sarah moved to work in Private Pay, VA and Medicaid at PeopleCare.

Isaac Robertson

Director of Partnerships – Circle of Life

Isaac is the Director of Partnerships at Circle of Life Home Care. Prior to working at Circle of Life, Isaac has worked in management consulting, most recently at Accenture, in the areas of process improvement, strategy, and risk management. Isaac is also a Marine Corps Veteran with a bachelor’s degree in business management from St. Cloud State University.

Monique Thornquist

COO – Inteli-Care

Monique is the COO of Inteli-Care, LLC. In this role, Monique’s strategic vision, people-first leadership style, and operational expertise help lead Inteli-Care into a future of limitless opportunity in the communities they serve. Monique brings over 15 years of healthcare leadership to the Inteli-Care team and she is devoted to providing an effortless experience to our employees, caregivers and members.  Monique received her MBA from Colorado State University and a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of New Mexico.

Somer Engle

CEO – Serenity Home Health Care

Somer is the CEO of Serenity Home Health Care Services, a home care agency providing non-skilled services to patients across Southern Ohio. Somer first started working in healthcare at a nursing facility before transitioning to the home health environment, where she started as an aide and has worked for over 20 years, with responsibilities spanning all aspects of the business. When not working tirelessly to support Serenity’s patients and providers, Somer is very involved with her church, enjoys boating/floating, vacationing in Manasota Key (FL), and spending time with family.

Lorenzo Moran

CFO – 24 Hour Home Care

Lorenzo Moran is CFO of 24 Hour Home Care.  In this role, he leads all finance and accounting aspects, and serves as a strategic partner to executive, sales, business development, operations, and other teams for sustainable growth while building operational capacity into our teams to fuel such growth.  Previously, Lorenzo served as VP Financial Operations and Accounting at Prime Healthcare, a $5 billion for-profit hospital chain that acquired hospitals and focused on operational excellence.  Prior to Prime, Lorenzo was a Senior Manager at EY, where he spent close to a decade on audits of healthcare organizations.  Lorenzo holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Calstate Long Beach, and is a CPA in California.

Asia Nelson

Chief People Officer – Hmong Home Health Care

Asia Nelson is the Chief People Officer of Hmong Home Health Care (HHHC). Asia leads the company’s people strategy to drive business success. Prior to joining HHHC, Asia worked in operations and logistics at industrial supplier McMaster-Carr where she managed an inbound receiving operation and frontline call center. Asia earned her MBA from MIT Sloan with a Technical Leadership Certificate from the MIT Graduate School of Engineering. She also holds a B.A. from Brown University.

Simon Close

President, Community Supports – 24 Hour

After spending 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Simon Close turned his attention to the home care field. In 2020, Simon was brought on as 24 Hour Home Care’s Vice President of Sales. Simon brings a wealth of knowledge and worldwide work experience to the business. Over the years, he’s led teams of 120+ salespeople, received awards for excellence, and shown overall strong and influential leadership qualities. Leaning on his years of sales leadership experience, Close did great things with the sales directives of 24 Hour Home Care. In 2022, Close was promoted to the President of 24 Hour Home Care Community Supports services.

Marcus Bradley

CEO – TPC East & Dependable Home Health Care

Marcus is CEO of TPC East and Dependable Home Health Care. Previously, Marcus was VP of Operations at TEAM Services Group. Prior to that, Marcus worked at Bank of New York Mellon in private wealth management, and Altegris Investments in alternative investment sales and operations. Marcus also played professional basketball in Denmark. He received his BA from Amherst College and MBA from Harvard Business School.

Lauren Urke

CEO – Hmong Home Health Care

Lauren is the CEO of Hmong Home Health Care, a personalized home care agency that caters to the Hmong and Karen populations in Minnesota. Previously, Lauren built software solutions for community oncology clinics and developed data products for cancer research. Lauren holds a BA in Computer Science and an MBA from Harvard University.

Jacque Davis

COO – 24 Hour Home Care

Jacque Davis is the COO of 24 Hour Home Care. She has more than 24 years of experience in business leadership, financial management, process transformation, and operations excellence. She oversees 24 Hour Home Care’s operations, business intelligence, finance/accounting, real estate, and insurance. Jacque is a CPA and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University.

Bryan Keightley

VP of Corporate Development

Bryan leads Partnerships & Corporate Development at TEAM Public Choices. He has a comprehensive background in building partnerships and executing transactions with previous experience in investment banking and Big 4 transaction advisory. Bryan brings a passion for developing relationships and connecting individuals with the best quality care. He received his BA from the University of Washington.

Amitej Kalra

President – Dependable Home Health Care

Amitej is the President of Dependable Home Health Care. Prior to TEAM, Amitej was Co-founder and COO at a tech services agency headquartered in London, UK, where he gained first-hand exposure to operating a business, building a high-performing team, and creating customer-centric processes. Amitej holds a BEng in Computer Science and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Justin Tyler

COO – Devoted Guardians

A native of Arizona, Justin Tyler brings over 15 years of healthcare leadership to the Devoted Guardians team. Justin has served the senior population in direct care and executive leadership roles in the home care, outpatient, and inpatient care settings. Justin is married to Dr. Emily Tyler, and they have 3 children between the ages of 13 and 22.  The family enjoys watching sports, visits to the beach, and spending time with their 5 dogs. Over the past 4 years, Justin has had the privilege of serving as a quarterly Guest Lecture at Grand Canyon University, leading discussion and teaching professional transition to the Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) students. Justin received his Bachelor’s in Social Behavior Sciences from Northern Arizona University.

Aaron Sinykin

Aaron Sinykin has served as the Founder and CEO of Devoted Guardians since its inception in 2012 and has been embracing his passion for helping others and enriching the lives for those who need assistance to age at home.  Aaron grew up in Madison, WI until moving to Tempe, AZ in 1995 to attend Arizona State University, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance in 1999. He then received his MBA from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in 2005.

Michael Griffard

CFO – AmeriBest

Michael Griffard is the Chief Financial Officer of AmeriBest Home Care. Michael leads the company’s financial strategy and works across departments to identify and execute growth initiatives. Prior to AmeriBest, Michael worked in private credit at Maranon Capital and in investment banking at Deloitte Corporate Finance. Michael holds his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, where he was an F.C. Austin Scholar, and his B.S.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Missouri – Columbia, where he was a Bright Flight recipient.

PaFoua Hang

VP of Finance & Strategy – Hmong Home Health Care

PaFoua is the VP of Finance & Strategy at Hmong Home Health Care. Prior to working at HHHC, PaFoua spent six years in financial services and four years in business development/operations at various start-ups. PaFoua is an avid runner and holds a BA in Economics & Math and Mandarin from Wellesley College.

Anchi Chern

Anchi Chern is the CFO of TEAM Services Group. Anchi brings a passion for designing and scaling outstanding service delivery organizations and growth platforms to TEAM. Prior to TEAM, he served as a strategic advisor, investor and operating executive across a variety of industries including communications, media and technology. Anchi holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and BSBA from Indiana University.

Stephanie Medina

Chief People Officer – 24 Hour Home Care

Stephanie Medina is the Chief People Officer of 24 Hour Home Care. She has served the organization for over 13 years and oversees 24 Hour Home Care’s people strategy, ensuring it aligns with the organization’s current needs and future growth objectives. Prior to becoming Chief People Officer, she served as President of 24 Hour Home Care’s Disability Services division and has over ten years of experience in Senior Care and Disability Services. Stephanie is currently attending Arizona State University to pursue a B.A.S. in Organizational Leadership.

Austin Hancock

CFO – Acumen

Austin Hancock is the Chief Financial Officer of Acumen. He joined Acumen after six years at Cable One, a top internet service provider, where he led Business Intelligence, ERM, and M&A functions. Prior to that, he served in various engineering and operations leadership positions as a nuclear submarine officer in the US Navy over a nine year period. Austin earned his B.S. in Quantitative Economics from the US Naval Academy and MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Tim Lively

CEO – Circle of Life Home Care

Tim is the CEO of Circle of Life Home Care. In his over 25 years as a home care CEO, Tim has been dedicated to a community-based model of care with a commitment to hire from within the communities in which he serves. Tim holds Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing, with a Minor in Finance, from the University of St. Thomas.

Adelia Hubbs

COO – PASCO

Adelia Hubbs is the Chief Operating Officer of PASCO. She joined PASCO after five years at Aveanna Healthcare as a growth-oriented operations leader with a passion for people and advocacy. Adelia earned her B.S. from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and her Masters in Healthcare Management from the University of Denver.

Mo Vigil

CEO – Inteli-Care

Mo has been the CEO of Inteli-Care since 2003. In his role as CEO, Mo has built and led Inteli-Care’s business to become a leading provider of personal care services in New Mexico. Mo holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Biology and Dental Hygiene from The University of New Mexico.

Adam Motley

CEO – Pearl’s Hope

Adam is the CEO of Pearl’s Hope. Prior to TEAM, Adam spent eight years as a management consultant at Deloitte, where he gained experience leading complex cross-functional engagements focused on growth, strategy, and transformation. Adam holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Business Economics from Miami University.

Matt Dee

CIO – Acumen

Matt is the CIO at Acumen. Matt has over 15+ years of experience in information technology in a variety of industries spanning both the public and private sector. Matt has held numerous positions in his career ranging from software engineer to consultant to IT Director. Matt is also co-founder of Direct Care Innovations, LLC which is a software company that creates systems and solutions for the Medicaid and Medicare space. Matt has a BS from Arizona State University.

Patrick Nordqvist

CTO – DCI

Patrick is the CTO at DCI. Prior to DCI, Patrick spent three years as CTO of Equality Health. Patrick has over two decades of healthcare technology experience leading teams focused on software solutions and infrastructure. Patrick holds a Masters of Science from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden.

Denise Hodgert

Clinical Compliance Director – PASCO

Denise is the Clinical Compliance Director for PASCO. Denise has been with PASCO since 2011. Prior to PASCO, Denise worked for seven years as the Home Health Administrator for the Center for People with Disabilities located in Boulder, CO. Prior to that, Denise worked as a Senior Community School Nurse Consultant for the Miami Dade County Health Department providing services to elementary school age children. Denise is an appointed member of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Home Care Advisory Committee (HCAC). Denise is also an appointed member of the Nurse Aide Advisory Committee at the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA). Denise earned her BSN in 1996 and her M.S./HSA in 2001.

Jake Schmidt

COO – DCI

Jake is the COO at DCI. Prior to DCI, Jake spent seven years as a management consultant at Deloitte, where he gained experience leading client engagements in analytics, revenue growth management, customer profitability, and technology strategy across the retail, consumer, and technology industries. Jake holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA in Operations and Finance from the University of Michigan.

Steve Mastin

VP of Finance

Steve Mastin is the VP of Finance at TEAM Services Group. Steve has an extensive background in a broad range of leadership positions including, CFO, Vice President of Finance, and Controller for a number of private equity and non-private equity backed companies. Most recently, Steve was the VP of Finance and Controller for a successful private equity supported education company focused both on organic and inorganic growth. Steve brings significant experience in acquisition and systems integration and operating division leadership along with a people first approach.

Adam Steinbrunner

Head of Analytics

Adam is the Head of Analytics at TEAM. He is also a registered DSP and regularly provides direct care and services to the clients that PASCO serves. After attaining an MBA in global management, Adam hopes to implement innovative strategies using technology to address service gaps for home healthcare. Prior to TEAM, Adam was the CEO of PASCO. Prior to PASCO, Adam worked for Capital H Group, a private equity-backed human capital consulting firm based in Chicago, IL. As a senior consultant, he developed strengths in project management, business analysis, and decision modeling. Prior to Capital H Group, Adam was a business intelligence analyst for Unext.com, a for-profit online education provider. He attended Northwestern University as an undergrad, majoring in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and Political Science.

Ford Allison

Head of Advocacy and Policy

Ford is the Head of Advocacy and Policy at TEAM. Ford has more than 25 years of providing health and human services for individuals needing long term services and supports including seniors, individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities, and Veterans.

Mindi Mitchell

COO – DCI

Mindi is the COO at Direct Care Innovations. She has over 20 years of experience in the Medicaid Human Services industry and has extensive background in leading disability services companies in the areas of business development, change management, project and people management, implementation and training, and risk and conflict management. At DCI, she strives to bring technology and human services together to drive organizational improvements. Previously, she held leadership positions in Acumen’s nonprofit parent company, RISE. Mindi has a BA in Sociology and an MBA from the University of Oregon.

J Auer

CEO – Acumen

Josh (“J”) Auer, MBA, is the CEO of Acumen and CEO/Co-founder of Direct Care Innovations. J has supported individuals with disabilities for over twenty (20) years including eight (8) years leading Acumen’s F/EA work. Before becoming CEO, J held leadership positions in Acumen’s nonprofit parent company, Rise as CFO, COO, and CEO. J has significant experience running disability services companies and is a thought-leader in the F/EA industry. J provides Medicaid, Medicare, and Managed Care expertise for designing state-of-the-art services, systems, and technologies for the F/EA industry.

Leslee Torres

CEO – PASCO

Leslee is CEO of PASCO. She has 20 years of experience driving efficiencies at the intersection of people, processes, and technology. A specialist in service industries, she has held leadership roles in hospitality and commercial banking organizations. Leslee holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BBA from the University of Michigan.

Erin Pisca

President – Circle of Life

Erin is President of Circle of Life, which operates in 6 states and provides services for the elderly and people with disabilities within Native American communities. She is a consumer-first operator and devoted to championing the company’s mission of “honoring those we serve”. Previously, Erin was a brand leader in consumer goods. Erin holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Marketing from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.

John Bosen

President – Advantage

John is the President of Advantage Home Care and has been with the company since 2005. Previously, John served as Director of Financial Services where he oversaw corporate office operations. John attended Southern Illinois University.

Mike Mueller

CFO – Advantage

Mike Mueller is the CFO at Advantage Home Care. Mike is responsible for financial oversight and reporting. Mike earned a BS in Accounting from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.

David Marvin

Founder – Alliance Services

David is the founder of Alliance Services. While volunteering for the Special Olympics in 2008, David discovered his life’s passion. His heart for people, desire for seeing them grow and to become integrated in the community has sent a spark throughout his local community. He is a bowhunting enthusiast that loves the outdoors and being with nature. David received his Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministries from George Fox University and a Master’s degree in Christian Studies from Crown College.

JB Stockslager

CEO – Alliance Services

JB Stockslager is the CEO of Alliance Services, an Oregon-based company that provides 1-on-1 support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He is devoted to continuing the good work of Alliance Services, helping to improve communities, one story at a time. Previously, JB worked as the Head of U.S. Operations for Dutch eye exam provider ease and as a management consultant with A.T. Kearney across industries and functions. JB holds an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Gina Braden

VP of Operations – Alliance Services

Gina is the VP of Operations at Alliance Services. She is known for her compassion and efforts to serve and listen to those around her. Gina brings work experience from Nike, Yamhill-Carlton High School, and George Fox University where she helped launch the Physical Therapy program. Gina is a passionate advocate for people who are struggling. Her main focus at Alliance Services is to build relationships with customers and providers to help them live their best lives.

David Allerby

CEO – 24 Hour Home Care

David Allerby is the Owner and Co-Founder of 24 Hour Home Care, a California based company providing premier non-medical home care services. Mr. Allerby oversees all of 24 Hour Home Care’s operations to insure efficiency, quality of Caregivers, and world-class customer service. He brings close to 10 years of experience in the home care industry to 24 Hour Home Care. Prior to founding 24 Hour Home Care, Mr. Allerby helped launch Maxim Healthcare Services new Companion Services division. He served as General Manager of Maxim Companion Services’ flagship Los Angeles branch for close to 5 years. In addition, he developed a business plan for expansion of the division, which contributed to Maxim’s rapid growth. Today, Maxim Companion Services has 16 locations. Mr. Allerby has also served on the Board of Directors of ARMS-Adult Resolutions & Mediation Services. In February 2013, he was named by Forbes Magazine as one of America’s Most Promising Business Owners under 35. Mr. Allerby holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California in Business Administration.

Ryan Iwamoto

President – 24 Hour Home Care

Ryan Iwamoto is the President and co-founder of 24 Hour Home Care, one of the largest privately owned non-medical home care companies in the country. Iwamoto is responsible for the senior care operations, strategy, business development, and innovation. Iwamoto attributes his success to creating great interpersonal relationships, which has led to significant company growth and exclusive partnerships with organizations including Uber, GrubHub, UCLA Health, Cedars-Sinai, Stanford Health Care, the Department of Veteran Affairs, Kaiser Permanente, and the American Red Cross. He was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2017.

Steve Barber

President, Disability Services – 24 Hour

Steve Barber is President of Disability Services at 24 Hour Home Care. In this role, he scales growth and operational excellence for 24 Hour’s Disability Services division, serving California families impacted by intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Before joining 24 Hour Home Care, Steve was a growth and strategy executive at MidAmerica (a former Alpine Investors portfolio company), and additionally served 11 years as a U.S. Navy F/A-18 pilot stationed at home and abroad. Steve holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MS from the University of Maryland, and a BS from the United States Naval Academy.

Omar Khanataev

CEO – AmeriBest

Omar Khanataev is the CEO of Ameribest Home Care. Omar has been with the company since 2010 serving the administrator and director of operation roles before being promoted to CEO in 2017. Prior to the that, Omar attended Temple University and received his bachelors in Economics with a minor in Healthcare management.

Bob Kane

COO – AmeriBest

Bob Kane is the Chief Operating Officer of AmeriBest Home Care. He has over 20 years of healthcare experience and brings a relentless work-ethic as a growth-oriented operations leader. Bob earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University and his Master of Health Administration from Temple University. Bob resides in Mount Laurel, NJ with his wife, Maribeth, and their four children.

Michael Ferraina

Chief Growth Officer – AmeriBest

Michael Ferraina is the Chief Growth Officer of AmeriBest Home Care. Michael leads the company’s growth initiatives. Prior to AmeriBest, Michael was CEO of JEVS Care at Home and Division Director at BAYADA Home Health Care. Michael received a bachelor’s degree from Eckerd College and an MBA from Wilmington University.

Mindi is the COO at Direct Care Innovations. She has over 20 years of experience in the Medicaid Human Services industry and has extensive background in leading disability services companies in the areas of business development, change management, project and people management, implementation and training, and risk and conflict management. At DCI, she strives to bring technology and human services together to drive organizational improvements. Previously, she held leadership positions in Acumen’s nonprofit parent company, RISE. Mindi has a BA in Sociology and an MBA from the University of Oregon.

Chris Bates

COO – Acumen

Chris is the COO at Acumen. Chris brings his expertise in data analysis to the operational structure of Acumen and has over 25 years of experience in management, with a specific emphasis on change management and improving high volume/high transaction operations. He has worked for Acumen since 2010 and has a keen understanding of the market and operational trending, which he has applied to new and innovative technologies for Acumen’s operations infrastructure. These intellectual and technological assets have proven to be invaluable to Acumen and the people Acumen serve. Chris has a BS in Mathematics and Statistics, and obtained his M.S. in Accountancy from DePaul University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Marquette University.

VP of Operations

Max Needle is the VP of Operations at TEAM Services Group. Previously, Max worked at Houlihan Lokey in investment banking and Beecken Petty O’Keefe & Co. in healthcare private equity. Max holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSBA in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis, where he was a four-year letter winner and captain of the Varsity Basketball Team.
