Josh Greenberg is the CEO of TEAM Services Group. Josh has been a founder, executive, investor and board member in a variety of related businesses and brings extensive experience in risk management, outsourced business processes and caregiver services to TEAM. His most recent companies include a financial services firm serving patients and caregivers and an insurance services company, both of which expanded via a focus on providing fanatical client service. Josh received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Cullen Knights is the CFO of TEAM Services Group. Cullen has an extensive background in strategy and financial consulting, with experience across industries, including multiple leading healthcare and service businesses. He brings a passion for results and client service to TEAM. Cullen holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA from Dartmouth College.
Director of Operations and M&A
Max Needle is the Director of Operations and M&A at TEAM Services Group. Previously, Max worked at Houlihan Lokey in investment banking and Beecken Petty O’Keefe & Co. in healthcare private equity. Max holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSBA in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis, where he was a four-year letter winner and captain of the Varsity Basketball Team.
VP of Finance
Steve Mastin is the VP of Finance at TEAM Services Group. Steve has an extensive background in a broad range of leadership positions including, CFO, Vice President of Finance, and Controller for a number of private equity and non-private equity backed companies. Most recently, Steve was the VP of Finance and Controller for a successful private equity supported education company focused both on organic and inorganic growth. Steve brings significant experience in acquisition and systems integration and operating division leadership along with a people first approach.
Partnerships & Corporate Development
Bryan helps lead Partnerships & Corporate Development at TEAM Services Group. He has a comprehensive background in building partnerships and executing transactions with previous experience in investment banking and Big 4 transaction advisory. Bryan brings a passion for developing relationships and connecting individuals with the best quality care. He received his BA from the University of Washington.
Head of TEAM RMS
Rachel is the Head of TEAM RMS. Her experience in business development, sales, marketing, and corporate strategy. Most recently, she served as Deputy Chief of Staff to the CFO and Sr. Executive Vice President of Fortune 50 healthcare company. Rachel holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Harvard University.
Matt is the CTO at TEAM Public Choices. Matt has over 15+ years of experience in information technology in a variety of industries spanning both the public and private sector. Matt has held numerous positions in his career ranging from software engineer to consultant to IT Director. Matt is also the CTO for Acumen’s nonprofit parent company, Rise and he is a founding partner and CTO for Direct Care Innovations, LLC which is a software company that creates systems and solutions for the Medicaid and Medicare space. Matt has a BS from Arizona State University.
Head of Acumen
Josh (“J”) Auer, MBA, is the CEO of Acumen. J has supported individuals with disabilities for over twenty (20) years including eight (8) years leading Acumen’s F/EA work. Before becoming CEO, J held leadership positions in Acumen’s nonprofit parent company, Rise as CFO, COO, and CEO. J has significant experience running disability services companies, and is a thought-leader in the F/EA industry. J provides Medicaid, Medicare, and Managed Care expertise for designing state-of-the-art services, systems, and technologies for the F/EA industry.
COO – Acumen
Chris is the COO at Acumen. Chris brings his expertise in data analysis to the operational structure of Acumen and has over twenty-two (24) years of experience in management, with specific emphasis on change management and improving high volume/high transaction operations. He has worked for Acumen since 2010 and has a keen understanding of market and operational trending, which he has applied to new and innovative technologies for Acumen’s operations infrastructure. These intellectual and technological assets have proven to be invaluable to Acumen and the people Acumen serve. Chris has a BS in Mathematics and Statistics, and obtained his M.S. in Accountancy from DePaul University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Marquette University.
COO – DCI
Mindi is the COO at Direct Care Innovations. She has over 20 years of experience in the Medicaid Human Services industry and has extensive background in leading disability services companies in the areas of business development, change management, project and people management, implementation and training, and risk and conflict management. At DCI, she strives to bring technology and human services together to drive organizational improvements. Previously, she held leadership positions in Acumen’s nonprofit parent company, RISE. Mindi has a BA in Sociology and an MBA from the University of Oregon.
Head of AmeriBest
Omar Khanataev is the CEO of Ameribest Home Care. Omar has been with the company since 2010 serving the administrator and director of operation roles before being promoted to CEO in 2017. Prior to the that, Omar attended Temple University and received his bachelors in Economics with a minor in Healthcare management.
Head of Advocacy and Policy
Ryan Zeiger is the Head of Advocacy and Policy for TEAM Public Choices. He is also a licensed CNA and regularly provides direct care and services to the clients that TEAM Public Choices serves. Ryan serves as co-chair for Colorado Long-term Assistance Services Providers (CLASP), an industry group of providers who advocate for consumer choice and consumer direction in long-term, community-based services through policy and legislative action. He is also a member of Health Care Policy and Financing’s Participant Directed Programs Policy Collaborative, a group focused on improving key consumer-directed long-term services programs in Colorado. As a member, Ryan brings this consumer-directed provider perspective to the Workforce, Regulatory, and Care Coordination sub-committees of the governor’s Community Living Advisory Group, a group which is focused on redesigning Colorado’s long-term community-based support services to better meet the needs of people with disabilities and seniors. Ryan lives in Denver with his wife Megan and three young boys.
Head of PASCO
Adam is the CEO of PASCO. He is also a registered DSP and regularly provides direct care and services to the clients that PASCO serves. After attaining an MBA in global management, Adam hopes to implement innovative strategies using technology to address service gaps for home healthcare. Prior to PASCO Adam worked for Capital H Group, a private equity-backed human capital consulting firm based in Chicago, IL. As a senior consultant, he developed strengths in project management, business analysis, and decision modeling. Prior to Capital H Group, Adam was a business intelligence analyst for Unext.com, a for-profit online education provider. He attended Northwestern University as an undergrad, majoring in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and Political Science.
COO – PASCO
Leslee is COO of PASCO. She has 20 years of experience driving efficiencies at the intersection of people, processes, and technology. A specialist in service industries, she has held leadership roles in hospitality and commercial banking organizations. Leslee holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BBA from the University of Michigan.
Home Health Administrator – PASCO
Denise is the Home Health Administrator for PASCO. Denise has been with PASCO since 2011. Prior to PASCO, Denise worked for seven years as the Home Health Administrator for the Center for People with Disabilities located in Boulder, CO. Prior to that, Denise worked as a Senior Community School Nurse Consultant for the Miami Dade County Health Department providing services to elementary school age children. Denise is an appointed member of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Home Care Advisory Committee (HCAC). Denise is also an appointed member of the Nurse Aide Advisory Committee at the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA). Denise earned her BSN in 1996 and her M.S./HSA in 2001.
Head of Hmong Home Health Care and Circle of Life
Marcus is VP of Operations at TEAM Services Group. Previously, Marcus worked at Bank of New York Mellon in private wealth management, and Altegris Investments in alternative investment sales and operations. Marcus also played professional basketball in Denmark. He received his BA from Amherst College and MBA from Harvard Business School.
Director of Operations – Hmong Home Health Care
Shoua has been with Hmong Home Health Care since 2008. She started as a PCA for her mom, when she discovered the importance and integrity of the program and a desire to ensure clients maintain access to these services. Throughout her 13 years, Shoua has held various roles at HHHC. Shoua graduated with a Computer Science degree from the University of Minnesota. She has been married to her husband for 26 years and enjoys spending time with her children. Shoua loves doing DIY projects around the house with her husband, who she calls her amazing partner and biggest supporter.
Head of Advantage
John is the President of Advantage Home Care and has been with the company since 2005. Previously, John served as Director of Financial Services where he oversaw corporate office operations. John attended Southern Illinois University and has three small children.
Director of Operations (MO) – Advantage
Emilie is a Director of Operations for Advantage Home Care. She specializes in acquisitions, conflict resolution, compliance and client services. She sits on the Board of Directors for the Missouri Council for In-Home Services and brings eight (8) years of experience working in the healthcare field. Emilie received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Director of Operations (IL) – Advantage
Mary is a Director of Operations at Advantage Home Care. She specializes in conflict resolution, compliance and client services. Mary brings ten (10) years of experience working in the healthcare field. She previously served as Advantage’s Compliance Manager. Mary received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
